Excessive leaf drop is caused by a sudden change in temperature or light. It may take your plant a few weeks to adjust to a new place. Yellow leaves can be a sign of overwatering, ease up on the frequency of watering and make sure the top 5cm of soil is dry before watering. Wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to keep them clean.
