Feed every 2-3 weeks from spring to early autumn with a nitrogen based fertiliser.

Your Alocasia Dwarf Amazonica may go dormant if it dries out completely, and is likely to go dormant over the winter, but don't give up it will recuperate. If the edges of the leaves turn brown it is likely that the soil is too dry, give it a thorough water and ensure that the water is fully drained before returning it to its decorative pot. If the leaves turn yellow, it is likely that you are overwatering your plant. Wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to keep them clean.
